If using Commercial/Private, State or Federal Insurance: In addition to a possible co-pay, there may be potential fees for extra services outside of insurance coverage ranging from $25-$145 per session.

These services could include: heat therapy, graston, stretching, taping, acupuncture, cupping, trigger point therapy, traction decompression, myofascial release, laser therapy, MedX spinal therapy or neuromuscular re-education. These fees will be the responsibility of the patient are expected to be paid at the time of service.
